Event Description
Join us for a joint ribbon cutting at Nixa Cleaners with Christian Country Optimist. We will be welcoming Nixa Cleaners as a new member and kicking off Coats for Kids.
Christian County Optimist Club Coats for Kids October 1 - October 30, 2019 Drop off Locations: Nixa Schools Central Bank of the Ozarks- Nixa (160 & Hwy 14) Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Nixa Ozark Elementary Schools Clever Elementary School Nixa Senior Center RE/MAX House of Brokers The Christian County Optimist Club (an organization devoted to bringing the best out in kids) has teamed up Least of These. Christian County Optimist Club will facilitate the collection of your tenderly used coats, scarves, gloves & hats with 20 collection sites. They will be cleaned and Least of These distributes them to those who could use a hand with new outerwear this year. Any business organization new to the chamber, moving to a new location, remodeling its facility, under new ownership or management is welcome to host a ribbon-cutting ceremony as long as that business is a member in good standing of the Nixa Area Chamber of Commerce.
Other events or anniversaries may also qualify.
