Event Description

Booth Vendor Information:

  • All booths will have electricity available.

        All vendors MUST provide their own extension cord.  
    • If you need more voltage - please contact crossroads@downtownnixa.com before October 25th.  Additional charges may apply. 

  • All Booths are 10'x10'

  • ​Booths booked before Saturday, October 9th at Midnight will be $75.00

  • Booked after October 9th will be $100.00

  • All booths are first come first serve

  • Booth setup from 9am-3pm (no vehicle traffic after 3pm will be permitted on Main St)

  • All vendors must be ready for kids by 4pm

  • No tear down until 10pm - Kids only booths can close and remain "un-manned" at 8pm but may not tear down until 10pm  

  • At 10pm vehicles will be allowed on Main St., South of Elm to load and exit East on Elm St. 

  • Each vendor is required to have 1000 pieces of candy.

(No refunds will be issued after booth approval under any circumstances. All applications must be approved prior to acceptance.
Please note: If the application is not approved, a refund will be issued, minus a $10 jury fee.)

* The Christian County Health Department (417-581-7285) now REQUIRES THAT ALL food vendors have a permit, even for temporary sales. Please mail the health permit and self-addressed envelope to NDRC: 119 N Massey Blvd., Ste 102 - Nixa, MO - 65714. - Permit MUST be received by October, 25th.
