Heather Jenkins, CPA
BIO
Heather is a multi-generation Nixa native. After graduating high school in 1992, she married Vance, her high school sweetheart, and they promptly had three children. In 2017, the Jenkins? adopted a 4th child into their family. With the addition of a daughter-in-love and a son-in-love, their current child count is at 6. Currently they have 2 perfect grandchildren and expect many more over the next few years!
Heather attended Missouri Southern State College (now University) where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting in 1995 and worked in private accounting before becoming a CPA and opening her own firm in June of 2001. In 2004, she registered the name Jenkins CPA, LLC and has been practicing under that name ever since. In December 2015, Jenkins CPA moved into it?s own building in the heart of Nixa where it remains today.
Heather and Vance Jenkins are a staple in the Nixa community. Heather is an educational speaker and has been involved in many community groups throughout the years including Springfield Business Network, Springfield Chamber of Commerce, Clever Chamber of Commerce, Christian County Select, as well as several PTAs and boards. Additionally, Heather is a Charter Member of the Rotary Club of Nixa and is one of the longest active members of the Nixa Chamber of Commerce.
Heather enjoys working for the betterment of her community of Nixa and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
While Heather is an excellent student of accounting and business, she is anything but your stereotypical accountant. Humor is the guiding light in both her personal and business purpose.

Chamber Functions Involving Reservations:
For Chamber functions involving reservations: reservations not canceled at least 48 hours in advance, refunds will not be available. At that point, we have already given a solid headcount to our caterers and you should come anyway. You never know what you are going to miss.
You may give your QR code to another person for entry. So, if you cannot attend, bonus someone else.
All members are welcome and encouraged to bring a door prize.
