Families will love this safe and free event at James River Kids October 31st Party for grade 5 and under, 6-9 p.m. Tons of candy, giant inflatable's, free Kettlecorn and cookies and an amazing Live Kids' Show! Kid friendly costumes welcome. The October 31st Party takes place at James River Church's four locations - South Campus (6100 N. 19th St., Ozark), West Campus (3953 W.
