The Elder Law Group, LLC, was started by attorneys Angela D. Myers and Danielle R. Kincaid in late August 2019. The firm focuses on estate planning, probate, asset protection, and nursing home planning, trust administration, and special needs planning, and serves the needs of clients in southwest Missouri.

Myers and Kincaid were joined by former colleague Dianne Hansen who serves as Of Counsel.  The Elder Law Group aims to provide exceptional legal counsel that is client-focused, affordable, and prompt.
