Jen Davis: BIO
Jen Davis joined the real estate industry in 2008. She quickly fell in love with the fast paced environment and building relationships with clients. Jen was closing 16 properties per year before partnering with Dan Holt and Holt Homes Group in 2012. Jen took her love of working with buyers and became the only Buyer Specialist for the team. Her first year in business with Dan, she adopted the Keller Williams models and systems and closed 50 transactions. Jen has successfully added an Executive Assistant, an ISA team and Showing Agents to truly build her business within the team umbrella. Jen and her Showing Agents have consistently sold over 225 properties per year since 2017. In 2019, Jen transitioned out of the Lead Buyer Specialist role and became co-owner of Holt Homes Group. She is currently serving as the CEO for the company. Holt Homes Group closed 538 homes in 2020 with 7 agents in production.

| The Child Advocacy Center will once again take our fundraising to new heights on April 23-24, 2021 with our 5th Annual OVER THE EDGE 2021! We are offering people the opportunity to rappel down the Sky Eleven building in downtown Springfield. In exchange, each participant must raise a minimum of $1,000 to support the CAC’s mission of putting the needs of the child first in the investigation of abuse. The $1,000 amount is the estimated cost of serving one child at the CAC. |
