SPRINGFIELD, MO – Biz 417 is accepting entries for its inaugural Best Places to Work program highlighting outstanding local businesses that are highly successful, offer robust employee benefits and have a motivating workplace culture. Entering the contest gives applicants the opportunity to access an in-depth analysis of the company’s culture based on feedback from employees. Top companies are featured in the September/October 2021 issue of Biz 417, and the winners are announced at an awards ceremony.
Data from entries is analyzed by Best Companies Group, whose mission is to identify and recognize outstanding employers. Best Companies Group has worked with publications including Fort Worth Magazine, the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report and Crain’s Detroit Business. All participants have the option to purchase a customized feedback report from Best Companies Group that outlines what they’re excelling at and where they have room for improvement. Purchasing the report is not required for entry. Interested companies can submit applications at biz417.com/bestplaces through February 12.
