Heartwood Lumber Announces Progressive New Management Team

Premier supplier of specialty lumber is under new leadership
Ozark, MO— 3/18/2019 — After 20 years, Heartwood Lumber, the Midwest’s
supplier of specialty lumber at wholesale, mill-direct pricing, has introduced new
ownership and executive management team with the recent addition of Jon Fife
(Owner), Mackenzy Lurvey (VP, Operations), Stan Krempges (Dir., Business
Development), and Gary Scott (General Manager).
Jon is excited to use his entrepreneurial background to expand the business
throughout the Midwest market. “We pay respect to our memorable past, but we are
excited for a growing and fast paced future.” Said Jon Fife, Owner.
Mackenzy brings with her over ten years of executive level management, a focus
on employee and customer satisfaction as well as successful business strategy
implementation. Her ability to create an energetic culture for employees and customers
has helped to propel Heartwood Lumber to the forefront as the desire for natural wood
products grows exponentially.
With over thirty years of business ownership experience, Stan has taken charge
of further developing the existing business by shifting the focus to Heartwood Lumber’s
exemplary products, mill direct pricing and customer centric based practices.

With over 15 years of contracting and sales experience combined, Gary’s role as
the General Manager has quickly propelled him into this full-time position with
Heartwood. His ability to multi-task, provide excellent customer service, along with his
attention-to-detail personality make him a great fit for the management team with the
Company.
