Born and raised in Italy, I moved to the Ozarks 14 years ago.
Just before moving to the US, I attended culinary school in my hometown Torino, Italy.
I opened Italian Kitchen first in 2020 and I was providing authentic Italian food to the Springfield/Nixa/Ozark/Branson area.
My specialty is Italian and American-Italian cuisine, but I have a strong knowledge of Mexican, BBQ and Greek cuisine.
At the end of 2022, Catering2Remember was born to expand the business into the catering business.
